Spay & Neuter Vouchers

Mississippi Spay & Neuter (MS SPAN) has a voucher program available to help Mississippi residents pay for the cost of spay/neuter surgeries.  This is a reduced co-pay program available to Mississippi residents only.  Last year's Spay-ghetti & No Balls Lunch helped to fund this voucher program and as of November, 2011, there is still $1,500 available to people who live in the Natchez area to use toward vouchers (reduced co-pay) for spay/neuter surgeries.
